"Terre des hommes" Mission in Albania

A vacancy has arisen in the Tdh Mission in Albania for Community Mediator in Pogradec.
Duties and Responsibilities
The Community Mediator, based in Pogradec, will be responsible for :
Coaching, mobilizing and empowering vulnerable communities to mainstream child’s rights issues at community level;
Supporting community micro-initiatives;
Coordinating with other local stakeholders to refer families of these communities to benefit from services;
Qualifications and Skills
University degree in social work and/or other related fields is desirable;
Knowledge and understanding of social work and child rights;
At least 2-3 years of working experience on community
empowerment and mobilization in general, and working with
vulnerable communities, in particular;
Knowledge of English language is desirable;
Highly self-motivated, good communication and team building skills;
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Internet.
