Job Title: Payable Clerk
Regency Casino Tirana, the only licensed live-game Casino in Albania and one of the biggest international companies operating in Tirana is looking for a Payable Clerk
An excellent opportunity for a highly motivated and creative individual to join and to make a valuable contribution to our business.
Key responsibilities will include:
1.To obtain, date stamp and file copies of all documents which support authorized purchases.
2.To be fully acquainted with the accounting system, policies and procedures.
3.Filing of invoices and cheques.
4.To determine all payments due and to submit the disbursement schedule to the Director of Finance for approval prior to actual preparation of cheques.
5.To conduct audits and stock takes of the Company assets, operating, inventory and fixed.
The applicant must at a minimum meet the following criteria
University Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics
One or more years of experience in Finance department
High levels of responsibility and communication
Excellent skills in both spoken and written English as well as PC Applications
