We are currently looking for a Field Operations Team leader Call qualifier for a major Telecoms company in Tirana.
The Field Operations Team Leader Call qualifier shall:
· Receive trouble tickets from customer on the web tool (via phone call in case of emergency situation) during normal working hours.
· Receive phone calls only in case of emergency out of the normal working time (nighttime and holidays).
· Open trouble tickets on NSN web tool, dispatching them to flm teams
· Contact customers and flm teams to update incomplete ticket report.
· Monitor ticket status, ensuring to the flm teams proper problem escalation to Advanced Support Staff, when needed
· Guarantees ticket closing in the agreed time and with all the info requested
· Upon request, inform customers about ticket status
· Monitor preventive maintenance schedule
· Collect all the tickets documents from the flm teams (photo, reports and so on)
· Solve day by day problem (es. site access problems) interfacing with customer and flm teams
· Prepare the activity reports agreed between Op. Manager and customers
· Upon request by Op. Manager, attend meetings with customer and flm team manager
Requirements:
· Good knowledge of Albanian geography
· Albanian language (preferred mother tongue)
· English language (excellent)
· Good understanding of Microsoft Office
· General understanding of mobile network is preferred
· General understanding of air conditioning/power/civil work problem is preferred
