SOS Children’s Villages Albania, one of the biggest international civil organisations in the country operating in social and child welfare field is looking for a National Coordinator (Executive Director)
Job description:
Overall management of the organisation
To maintain relationship with the Board and the international parent organisation
To supervise the programmes (school, nursery school) and family strengthening projects
To work out and realise possible future development of the programmes
Job requirements:
University degree in management , social sciences, education
At least 4 years management experience of an organization or project with medium/large staffing and budget
Fluent written and spoken English
International experience
Skills in managing people, projects, budgets
Excellent written and spoken communication
Structured approach and strategic thinking
Commitment to the mission of SOS
Preferable
Higher degree (Phd or MBA) or additional degree
Experience in managing an NGO
Experience in the social sector
Skills in representing an organization on external bodies
