BKT (Banka Kombetare Tregtare) is looking for an End User Computer Technical Support, at IT Department.
Main Responsibilities:
Installs, configures and upgrades operating systems and software, using standard business and administrative packages;
Installs and configures computers, monitors, network infrastructure and peripherals such as printers, scanners and related hardware;
Supports End Users with their Desktop issues: Microsoft Office, Email, Printers.
Troubleshoots problems with computer systems, including troubleshooting hardware and software, e-mail, network and peripheral equipment problems; makes repairs and corrections where required.
The job is a full time job. The application deadline is 26-Novemeber-2010.
