Job title: Wireless and satellite operations and Maintenance Engineer
Department: Wireless and satellite operations and Maintenance departmentReports to: Wireless and satellite operations and Maintenance manager

Job Summary
Duties and responsibilities:
1.Satellite systems operations and maintenance.
2.Deployment of new satellite connections at points of presence.
3.Performance monitoring of satellite connections, microwave, and wireless links and equipment.
4.Commissioning of WIFI, Wimax and Radio equipment.
5.Commissioning of Microwave links equipment.
6.As-Built site survey for verification of the antenna system and hardware configuration.
7.Implementation of major upgrades or patched SW releases and features/functionalities within the wireless networks.
8.Evaluation of performance, model trends and oversee system integrations
Educational Background: University degree in Telecommunications Engineering or relevant area
Post–graduate degree desirable
Professional Experience: 3 or more years work experience in a relative functional area.
Skills and Ability:
·Business oriented thinking, communication skills;
·Team Oriented and Creative Thinking;
·Strong analytical, planning, project management, supervision, and problem solving abilities.
·The ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and activities within time, budget and technical constraints.
·Ability to analyze work processes and procedures for improvement opportunities.
·Experience in technical project management, including developing and managing technical project timelines, and prioritizing and assigning project tasks, and assessing progress.
