Job Title: Coding Operator
Department: Coding Operation
Reports to: Shift Leader
Job Summary: Performs the coding operation, responsible for RTR and STS machines.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Operates coding machines, boxing and palletizing operations. .
Makes sure all specifications and procedures are followed efficiently while maintaining the desired quality.
Abides by the safety and personnel policies, use protective equipments when necessary.
Works according to assigned schedule / shift including overtime if required.
Maintains good housekeeping of equipments, machines, workstations.
Presents problems and inefficiencies immediately to PCC Technician.
Learn and operate new equipment as operations may expand.
Participates in implementing improvement solutions.
Consults with: Shift Leader, Quality Controller, Technician, Operators, and Operator Assistants.
Qualifications: Machine operator with relevant experience of minimum 3 years. Necessary training should be provided.
