Job Title: Production Leader
Department: Coding Operations
Reports to: CSO Manager
Job Summary: Coordinates and manages all the operations in PCC including workforce, production, planning, inventory management, quality control, order and delivery management.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Prepares and maintains production planning according to the market requirement.
Manages workforce and operator shifts according to the production plan.
Controls and manages the inventory for all kinds of material including production, packaging, spare part and others.
Manages quality control inline with the defined procedures and makes sure that bad quality product is not delivered to the customers.
Ensures work safety required within the facility and that all staff using necessary protections according to the regulations and instructions defined.
Ensures that all the machines are well maintained according to the instructions and working properly.
Moderates all software applications used within the facility.
Liaise with customers for order & delivery management and ensures that ordering and delivery of end items are secured according to the instructions.
Ensures that the whole facility with material coming in/out operations is secured.
Makes sure that all the staff working has necessary qualifications and training required to do their job.
Prepares and presents necessary reports monitoring production, consumption, sales, performance, etc. periodically.
Consults with: Upper management, IT, Finance, Supply Chain, Suppliers, Customers and Legal Authorities.
Qualifications: Engineer degree with relevant experience of minimum 3 years.
