Atlas Sh.A. is the leading wheat mill in Albania based in the outskirts of Tirana with an installed and operable capacity of 300 tns/day of soft wheat producing a variety of flours and flour products. The milling factory is fully computerized and among the most advanced technologically worldwide.
Position Requirements
Reporting to the Head of the Finance Dpt., the right incumbent will assist in all accounting and taxation matters, liaising with senior managers across departments and closely cooperating with colleagues.
Monitors sales, controls subsidiary warehouses, issues sales invoices, records and analyzes relevant data so as to ensure on time delivery of accurate information at all times.
Monitors compliance of the Sales Book and relevant files with the local tax regulations.
Follows up on accounts receivable and performs all necessary account reconciliations to ensure account balances are accurate.
Calculates and records the payroll expenses, submits requests for disbursements and collects offers from vendors, filing all relevant supporting documentation.
Candidate Profile
Professional integrity and attention to detail.
Degree in Finance or Accounting.
No prior experience is required.
Fluent in spoken & written English or Greek.
MS Office literate & working knowledge of relevant accounting software.
Very good analytical & numerical abilities.
