Real Estate Appraisal Expert
Our client, a well known international company successfully operating in various European countries in the field of property appraisal (for banks, insurance & leasing companies, law firms, individuals etc,) is planning to expand its business in Albania and Kosovo. They are willing to hire a Manager of Appraisal Experts and looking for professionals ready to implement their worldwide accepted ethical principles of honesty, confidentiality, impartiality, avoidance of conflict of interest and adherence to standards and competence.
The Manager shall carry out the following responsibilities:
• Coordinate the appraisal business of the junior evaluators
• Responsible for verifying and ensuring of a high standard of the incoming reports
• Monitor if the appraisers working for the company are enough to handle the incoming work
• Deal with the problems of the appraisal experts
• Hire new appraisers all over Albania according to credibility and experience
• Visit the property themselves, appraise properties or assist other
company appraisers through leading by example
• Valuate property as specified within the internal system and according to the client needs
• Take pictures of the property in an appropriate way to determine the value and to present the property in the appraisal report
• Enter the information about the property into the system
• Research the price for the property and attach them to each report
• Research the necessary legal documents
• Visit land registry offices and research title deed information
Competencies/Skills:
• A University in Economics or Engineering Sciences
• At least 5 years experience as an expert; banking, insurance experience is a key advantage
• Having Appraisal license of I or II grade
• Having Driver License
• Having Ability to represent and co-ordinate
• Very good working knowledge of spoken and written English.
German knowledge is an advantage
• PC-Knowledge in User Level
• Being reliable, patient and careful, able to travel and to take initiatives
• Flexible, team oriented, able to work overtime
• Very good communication skills
