“Brico Iliria” Sh.p.k is created to build and operate stores in Albania for one of the biggest DIY chains in France and Europe – Mr. Bricolage. The chain of Mr. Bricolage has more than 700 stores all over the world and employs about 12 000 persons.
We are successfully present in Balkan region with 10 stores in Bulgaria and one store in Serbia. Following the rapid growth in the Balkan region, we are in the process of opening our first store in Albania and are looking to expand the team with a result-driven and team-oriented professional for the position of Sector Manager.

Sector Manager
The sectors we operate are:
Garden, Decoration, Bath, Wood, Hardware, Electricity, Tools and Construction
Main responsibilities :
· Develops commercial policy of the responsible sector targeting optimization of sales and customer satisfaction
· Manages recruitment, training and development of the sector’s team
· Manages supplies and inventory, according to the store budget
Follows market development and trends and adapts the sector’s range of goods
Manages the process of selection and negotiations with local suppliers in coordination with Purchasing Division in HQ
· Applies and controls pricing policy of the store
· Reports Directly to the Store Manager
Required qualification:
Previous experience in trade or retail is an advantage
Knowledge about product specifics within the respective sector would be an advantage
Previous experience in a team-leading capacity
Good negotiations skills
University degree and good knowledge of English
French or Bulgarian are an asset
PC literacy
Valid driving license
Candidate’s profile:

Very good communication skills, responsible and consistent person
High level of mobility in the country and abroad
