Expert for new IPA project foreseen in 2016
A Bachelors or Masters Degree in public administration, public policy, regional development or a relevant, related or equivalent discipline.
Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in IPA/structural funds
Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
Experience as a trainer of public sector audiences
Experience in design, development and delivery of details training materials
Knowledge of the Western Balkans Projects
Proficiency in English, and
A commitment to quality
