Chief Accountant
An International beverages Company, with head office in Tirana, is looking for Chief Accountant. This position is responsible for financial activity performing duties personally or through subordinates.
Main Duties:
Prepare general financial statements and analytical reports.
Prepare monthly /quarterly / annual financial report.
Examine and analyze accounting records to determine financial status of the company.
Supervise statutory audit and tax return filing.
Communicate with tax authorities, external auditors, and lawyers for financial issues.
Requirements:
- The candidate must be graduated in Accounting. Master degree is an advantage.
- Good legal knowledge relating to this job position (IFRS, TAX issues).
- Experience in using computer word processing, spreadsheet and/or data base programs.
- Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, takes decisions on efficient way.
- Must be detail oriented, with excellent verbal and written skills in English and
Albanian language (any additional language is an advantage).
- At least 3 years work experience as Chief Accountant in an international trading company.
