We are an American company operating in the services sector looking to recruit:
Senior Accountant
Requirements:
At least 3 years experience on a relevant position
University degree in finance, economics or accounting
Speak and write fluent English
Excellent computer literacy
Strong understanding of local accounting legislation and familiarity with IFRS
Implementation and establishment of the company policies and procedures in the areas accounting, financial transactions and purchasing
Responsibility for procurement including supplier and invoice management
Financial monitoring
Project related financial matters (planning, budgeting, forecasting, fiscal sustainability)
Strong analytical, follow through and organizational skills
Ambitious individual with a great desire to succeed
Team player
Pay attention to details
Able to communicate effectively with a diverse group of individuals
Self-motivated, able to work under minimal direct supervision, but remain responsible and accountable for your work and results
Responsibilities:
Organizing, systemizing and processing accounting documentation
Book-keeping of accounting documents in the accounting software
Financial reports preparation
Processing and executing accounting and tax transactions
Statutory reporting, preparation of management reports and delivering country operating plan
