JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Title: Business Development Manager
Based at: Albania-Tirana
Reports to: Commercial Director, Panda Security Hellas (Greece, Piraeus)
Job Purpose: develop Panda Security’s business in the specific area


Position Overview
The business development manager in the territory of Albania, Kosovo and FYROM should plan and carry out direct/indirect marketing and sales activities, so as to develop Panda Security’s business in the appointed area, in accordance with agreed business plans

Main Objective
Grow Panda Security’s business in this territory

Essential Job Functions
§ Business planning agreed with PSH’s management
§ Launch and implementation of business plans
§ Distribution channel analysis and development in all countries
§ Sales organization, planning, and development
§ Import/export issues (orders to Panda Security Hellas/Panda Security Romania-goods from Greece/Romania)
§ Credit issues with customers
§ Technology transfer, training and partnership development with our main partners
§ Appropriate administration, budgeting, monitoring, reporting (sales report and pipeline report), communication and liaison with all parts (end customers, resellers, distributors, PSH)
§ Plan and carry out all marketing activities
§ Respond to and follow up sales enquiries by email, phone, and personal visits
§ Maintaining detailed knowledge of the company’s products and services
§ Keep updating products/services pricelist
§ Keeping awareness of the local competition

Desired Job Functions
§ Helping in preparing partners’ participation in public tenders
§ Perform presentations and trainings if necessary

Other Skills/Abilities
§ Develop ideas and create offers for both direct/indirect customers
§ Self development (improving managerial skills, advancing knowledge in Panda Security’s products).
§ Lobbying with influential communities in the area

Candidates Profile
§ Age 30 years old plus
§ Bachelors degree on IT or Business (MSc/MBA will be considered as an asset)
§ Fluent in the local language and English (at a proficient level)
§ ICT literate (Internet, Ms Office, knowledge of IT security)
§ Minimum 5 years of past experience in the ICT industry – at least 3 of them on direct business development and major accounts management (past working experience within an organized sales department in a multinational company will be considered as an asset)
§ Results oriented personality with the ability to work under pressure, in a fast changing environment
§ Ability for extensive traveling
§ Excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
§ Good negotiation and selling skills
§ Team player
