BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER


Our client is a pharmaceutical company, developing and marketing innovative prescription drugs as well as OTC products. Due to the continued expansion of its Consumer Healthcare business on the Albanian Market, they are currently looking to recruit a Business Development Manager (BDM)

The Role:

As BDM you'll be responsible for driving the strategic marketing direction and also execute the marketing plan which will include managing budgets, supporting the sales force with collateral and leads, building market intelligence, launching new propositions, building awareness through events, seminars,PR and advertising.

About Job :

• Manage local marketing efforts (execution of strategic and tactical marketing activities)
• Lead new product introductions locally and align with the global communication strategies
• Lead and maintain local list price
• Maintain high level of communication with sales staff and clients regarding products
• Identify and analyze market and implement marketing strategies and core

promotional support programs

• Lead the development and implementation of marketing / brand plans, from
both a strategic and operational point of view.
• Manage new product development, in close collaboration with all
departments at HQ level
• Dedicate particular attention to the analysis and development of new sales channels
• Recommend brand communication strategy towards consumers, doctors, pharmacists, including selection of agencies
• Elaborate and discuss annual marketing budgets with Business Unit Manager

About You:

• You are a commercially bright and astute marketer with experience in a broad communications marketing role in a B2B environment.
• are a University graduate in business, but preferably marketing or pharma
• have minimum 2 years of relevant marketing experience, including recent marketing experience in the fast moving consumer goods industry. An experience in sales and/or the consumer health / OTC sector is an asset.
• Proven experience in the development and implementation of above/below the line marketing campaigns, including agency management.
• Good media expertise and affinity with Internet
• Strong interest and/or affinity in/with health and medicine.
• Very Good English Knowledge
• Good knowledge of usual IT office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
