An excellent opportunity for a highly motivated and creative individual to join and to make a valuable contribution to our business.
Key responsibilities will include:
To be responsible for coordinating and monitoring the activities of the Human Resources Department.
To prepare, coordinate and update the Personnel Budget and Yearly Manpower Forecast.
To control and maintain staffing levels and payroll systems according to budget and staffing guide.
To oversee the Casino’s Recruitment and Selection Process.
To play an active role in the recruitment of key positions
To research and propose competitive compensation / benefits / incentive packages.
To assist with the training of senior management personnel and specified courses.
To assist in the training of employees ensuring that they have the necessary skills to perform their duties with the maximum efficiency.
To develop good relations with all official authorities related to Human Resources (labor offices, foreign offices, hotels, universities, etc.).
To handle all staff complaints on behalf of Management following the chain of command.
To oversee the Casino’s Welfare Programs.
To supervise the employees within the department, ensuring that correct standards and methods of work are maintained as stated in the Departmental Operations Manual.
To be responsible for the administration of employee benefits and salaries.
QUALIFICATIONS:
·Bachelor’s Degree in Economics (Human Resources Management), (Business Administration) or related fields.
·Master Degree in Human Resources Management would be an advantage
·A minimum of 4 years relevant experience in the field
·Excellent Skills in both written and spoken English
