NBG Bank is looking for a canditade for the job position of:
Business Center Manager in Durres
Criterias, that employees can be qualified through:
University degree in Economics, Finance or Business Administration preferable;
At least 4 years of total banking experience where minimum of 2 years spent in managing relations with business customers in branch level (preferably in branch manager position);
Ability to access to, establish and successfully run relations with business customers in Durres region;
Ability to direct, coordinate, supervise and support the business center RM’s to access to, establish and successfully run relations with business customers in Durres region;
Extensive, up-to-date knowledge of the Albanian sectors and industries, banking market for businesses, business practices and accounting rules&practices;
Extensive, up-to-date knowledge of banking products for business customers;
Knowledge in financial analysis with judgement ability for credit evaluation;
Ability to plan, organize and manage teams to meet budget/target achievement;
Ability to work under deadlines;
Proficiency in the English language;
Excellent communication and social skills;
Sufficient computer skills (mainly MS Excel).
