Currently we are seeking to recruit for our Head Office in Tirana:
IT Helpdesk Specialist
Main activities, deliverables and requirements:
Responsible for handling initial user requests
Responsible for user profile creation
Responsible for Client Desktop PC installations
Participate in network equipment installation and maintenance
Successful candidates need to fulfill the following requirements:
University degree in Informatics or Computer Engineering
Good acquaintance with Operating Systems, PC hardware and Networking
Good command of English language
Desire to work as part of a team
Good communication skills
