FINANCE MANAGER
Our Client, a company operating successfully in the engineering sector with investment stakes in the media and telecommunications industry, is looking for a strong and competent Group Finance Manager.
Role Purpose:
The Group Finance Manager will have overall responsibility for performance of the finance team, as well as management accounting, financial reporting & analysis. It is expected that this individual will be a key voice within the management team and will require significant management capabilities as well as the ability to deal with strategic issues while simultaneously running day to day finance and accounting operations for the group.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations of the group entities finance & accounting functions, ensuring optimization of internal payables/receivables processes.
• Monitor and analyze monthly results for the group entities against the budget, highlighting significant developments to senior management when necessary.
• Prepare and consolidate key operating metrics for internal and external reporting.
• Responsible for the group entities financial planning and analysis, as well as for budgeting and forecasting.
• Preparation and analysis of consolidated financial statements.
• Management of Group entities Fixed Assets.
• Responsible for monitoring and optimizing working capital & cash flow for all Group entities
• Provide business decision support with appropriate analysis and scenario modeling to ensure that appropriate financial information is available for senior management to make judgments on appropriate, reliable information.
• Capital investment planning and analysis
• Margin analysis and improvement
Qualifications:
• BA in Accounting or Finance. Further studies in accounting, finance, or management would be considered an advantage.
• Min. 3 years in Finance Management in a company or group of a high turnover, preferably from same industry.
• High integrity; excellent interpersonal, communications, and presentation skills.
• Good negotiation skills.
• IFRS reporting.
• Excellent planning, organizational and analytical skills.
• Excellent knowledge of Albanian tax legislation and accounting systems.
• Knowledge of automated financial and accounting reporting systems.
• Knowledge of written and spoken English.
