Regency Casino Tirana, the only licensed live-game Casino in Albania and one of the biggest international companies operating in Tirana is looking for a Purchasing Supervisor.
An excellent opportunity for a highly motivated and creative individual to join and to make a valuable contribution to our business.
Key responsibilities will include:
·To ensure that Casino expenses are minimized through the use of effective purchasing and by obtaining the most competitive prices for goods and services.
·To assist in keeping inventories as low as possible to properly supply the operation’s needs and maximize inventory turnover and space utilization.
·To ensure that inventory items are stored properly and minimize wastage and spoilage.
·To be aware of all costs in the Purchasing Department and to recommend measures to control these.
·To enforce all operating and control procedures to ensure that the movement of goods into and within the Casino is properly accounted for.
·To conduct interviews with suppliers’ representatives and to obtain information, specifications and quotations on any item required.
·To handle all correspondence, negotiation and procurement to the best advantage of the Casino.
·To select reliable regular suppliers for all inventory items and to obtain weekly or bi-weekly price lists for daily produce and other food and beverage suppliers.
Qualifications:
·Bachelor’s degree in Economics or other business-related field
·At least two years of relevant experience in the field.
·Excellent skills in both spoken and written English as well as PC Applications
