Kerkojme te punesojme IT SPECIALIST & Programmer:
Detyrat/Përgjegjësitë:
Industry knowledge in call center technologies as solutions are based on ENVOX.
Experience and knowledge in implementing hardware technology solutions across diverse call centers and product lines. (interconnection, microwave communication, ss7, ISDN, Cisco and signal convertors).
Experience in SQL Server 2000-2008 AND vb.net programming language.
Experience in SMS communication. Solution based on NOWSMS (especially SMPP & CMID communication protocols). - Knowledge of ASP scripting, windows IIS communication, windows 2003 Server.
Knowledge of PHP scripting, MYSQL database, Hosting and email communication.
Able to work independently with the team objective in mind
Kualifikime/Kërkesa:
University or Master degree in the field
Proficient in English & local language.
Proficient with Microsoft Package
Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Highly self-motivated, possess strong initiatives with minimum supervision
Previous experience in comparable position
Be able to adapt to a changing environment.
Technically comfortable with the software technologies.
