ProCredit Bank Albania is, as part of this group, a development-oriented commercial bank that serves more than 149,154 clients through 41 business units all over the country.
Currently we are seeking to recruit
Branch Manager for Kukes and Branch Manager for Laç area.
Main duties and responsibilities include:
In charge of planning the business development of the branch and ensures its implementation in compliance with regulatory environment and internal Policies, rules and regulations
Is responsible to analyze the market development in all relevant segments, and actively reports on these development to the management board
Ensures proper customer care by personnel in charge, maintains customer relationship, identifies key business factors, and manages directly identified key accounts
Is in charge to ensure efficient and proper usage of banks assets and security of all outlets and ATMs managed in a certain operational area
Chairing loan committees as defined by the procedures
Ensures development of employees skills and abilities through training, coaching and other measures
Ensures that the information to b spread in the right manner to the Regional Manager and Head office of the bank
Conducts Performance Assessment and Career Development Reviews with direct subordinates
Represents ProCredit Bank in respective towns.
Requirements:
University degree in Economics
Excellent command of English language
Excellent communication and managerial skills
Experience of at least 3 years in managerial positions
Ability and desire to take over responsibilities and to become correct.
