REGIONAL MANAGERS
(North Albania, South Albania, Kosovo, Montenegro, Macedonia)
We are looking on behalf of our client, a leading FMCG company, with strong presence in the Albanian market as well, to fill Regional Managers vacancies, specified below:
Main responsibilities:
• Analyze business development opportunities in the proper region
• Control of the sales execution in the outlets combined with quantitative and qualitative analysis and implement strategies in order to meet targets
• Compile and organize promotional activities by closely monitoring customer trends
• Negotiate and close deals with suppliers, distributors, etc.
Profile Requirements:
• University degree
• Minimum 2 years sales and/or marketing experience in FMCG
• People Management Skills
• Very good presentation, communication and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical skills and strategic/forward thinking
• Enthusiastic type of person willing to travel a lot within the region
Very good computer skills
