Purpose of position
Support of Interconnection issues
Responsibilities of this position include
Follows up all the procedures during interconnection agreement preparation phase among authorized entrepreneurs from AKEP (alternative fixed operators, ISPs, Prepaid Card operators, etc.)
Coordinates all interconnection agreement related work,
Prepares Reference of Interconnection Offer (RIO).
Follows up all the concluding procedures for interconnection prices.
Internal coordination to recon ciliate the interconnection agreement with its terms.
Coordinate all related works to test, define, and plan the opening of connecting points through Albtelecom network.
Follows up all related procedures for interconnection completion.
Prepares RIO-s and submits for approval.
Follows up RIO-s application.
Coordinates for bilateral agreements with the company
Creates (generates) cost models in relation to our Company’s services to support working groups for updating the information in relation to AKEP.
Follows up cost control of company under the Regulation for Access and Interconnection
Qualifications
Experience in a Telecommunications Field , minimum 5 years
Experience in Management of Telecommunication Environment , Minimum 2 years
General knowledge in Regulatory Affairs and International Institution functionality ITU an advantage
Education
Related field University Degree (Telecommunication Engineering, Economics, Law)
Foreign Languages
English, other language is an advantage
