Responsibilities of this position include
Point of contact for customers
Meeting customers face-to-face, in order to get to know and understand their needs
Actively building and developing relationships with customer
Advising customers of the best solutions to help them make the most out of information and communication technology
Proactively selling ALBtelecom's product portfolio to customers
Responsible for meeting challenging sales targets through pro-actively selling ALBtelecom products and services to residential and business customers.
Promote the whole of the ALBtelecom portfolio.
To ensure customer satisfaction, including prompt dealing with customer complaints or concerns.
Develop a good knowledge and understanding of the ALBtelecom’s product and service portfolio, for example, telephone system technologies, voice and data systems, broadband, I.T. etc…
To maintain knowledge of, and report upwards on, new developments in the market place, especially with regard to customers and prospects.
Qualifications
An experienced field sales professional
Telecoms/IT experience
The ability to deliver against challenging targets
Self-motivated
Pro-active
Professional approach to team and client relationships
Ability to work well under pressure
Excellent organization and interpersonal skills
Good communication and presentation skills
Education
Related field University Degree (Economics/Business/Marketing)
