Job Description
The Sales Manager at ALBtelecom will be responsible for planning and implementing Retail/Business sales programs designed to increase product sales, brand exposure, and market share with own and various channel partner accounts. A key responsibility will be to drive the development and delivery of sales and marketing tools, content, and promotions enabling successfull selling of ALBtelecom products and services. This role requires that you possess the ability to work with a broader team of sales and marketing personnel for strategic planning and tactical implementation.
Other responsibilities in this role will include but are not limited to the following
Develop channel sales strategies and account specific sales plans by managing expenditures and contracts.
Maintain relationships through ongoing contact with our partners.
Work to identify the best sales methods and tactics for increasing product sell-through and brand exposure.
Visit key accounts on a quarterly basis for strategic and promotional planning.
Help coordinate, plan, and participate in channel sales training and partner tradeshow events.
Prepare program collateral and manage Partner communications in order to make sure they are aware of requirements, promotional campaigns and training opportunities..
Plan and negotiate partner launch sales campaigns for new products and services.
Qualifications
Successful candidates for this position will have:
Demonstrated experience in channel/program marketing, business development, and or equivalent experience.
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Experience working with resellers who service large enterprise customers (a plus).
Demonstrated strong business, analytical, prioritization, and planning skills.
A general understanding of reseller and e-commerce models.
Advanced computer skills
Advanced writing skills
A high level of professionalism.
A strong work ethic.
A team-oriented approach.
Education
BS in Business/Marketing or equivalent is required.
