Responsibilities of this position include
Manage the procurement process including international procurement.
Develop and implement vendor assessment techniques to measure performance and quality of supply, introduce approved supplier lists, enable tracking, re-negotiation timetables and regular best value reviews.
Responsible person for all Small Purchases.
Request offers in order to fulfill the demands coming from Directories (departments) or Regions.
Prepare reports for all the bidders and send them to the responsible authorities.
Negotiate with companies in order to have the best price with the best quality.
Coordinate with Albtelecom units to clarify all the requirements.
Follow delivery process of the goods and Coordinate with Supply&Inventory Branch.
Prepare all the necessary documentation for Economic Directorate.
Qualifications
Significant hands-on procurement experience on large project procurements
Previous experience of sustainable procurement practices and techniques is ideal
Excellent communication and influencing skills
A proven track record of operational effectiveness in a sophisticated matrix structure, working successfully as both a leader and team member
Excellent project management expertise and the ability to drive for and exceed required goals
Excellent computer skills in Excel, Word, Power Point etc.
Ability to work well under pressure
Education
Related field University Degree (Economics, Electronic Engineers)
Foreign Languages
English
