Purpose of Position
Albtelecom aims at the employment of newly graduated young persons having the potential of taking place among the team of managers in Albtelecom Organization in future and the training of such professionals within the framework of this target.

A high level of academic performance
Fluency in English (in addition Turkish will be a matter of preference)
Being a team player
A high personal motivation
Leadership potential
Strategic thinking ability and vision
