Purpose position
The T&D Manager is responsible for designing effective company policies and ensure their achievement through a close cooperating with the managing staff. The T&D manager is responsible for developing an employee oriented company culture in order to maintain a motivated and skilled workforce and to fulfill the needs of the organization.
Responsibilities of this position include
Development of an employee-oriented company culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, and high performance
Design, communicate and update company policies and regulations
Create company strategic recruitment and selection plan
Design company’s recruitment policy and procedure
Manage recruitment plan, recommend strategies, facilitate process through conducting the first interview and organization of tests
Design company training and development strategy
Administer company training needs assessment
Manage the training evaluation
Report to management on training results and recommendations/implications
Facilitate annual training plan and budget
Review competency matrix based on business strategy
Manage internal communication programs
Develop a career path for ALBtelecom employees (horizontal and vertical movement)
Update the company’s organizational structure and recommend changes on the structure
Conduct the Exit Interview and prepare reports based on these interviews
Design and manage health and safety programs
Manage the SAP Software
Generate regular and ad-hoc reports
Define necessary HR metrics for evaluating the department’s organizational performance
Qualifications
An experienced HR professional (At least 3 years of experience )
The ability to deliver against challenging targets
Self-motivated
Excellent computer skills in Excel, Word, Power Point etc.
Professional approach to team
Ability to work well under pressure
Excellent organization and interpersonal skills
Good communication and presentation skills
Education
Related field University Degree (Economics/Social Sciences)
Foreign Languages
English
