Responsibilities of this position include:
Manage the procurement process including international procurement and tendering.
Works under the direction of the Procurement Manager in the preparation and execution of contract mechanisms, including purchase orders and major framework agreements with vendors.
Prepare all the documentation for tenders.
Responsible for all high value purchases.
Organize commissions, prepare reports for all the bidders and send them to the responsible authorities.
Request offers in order to fulfill the demands coming from Directories (departments) or Regions.
Works with the freight forwarding team to expedite fulfillment of emergency orders as it applies to specific contract actions or negotiations.
Negotiate with companies in order to have the best price with the best quality.
Follow delivery process of the goods (Not included in Contracts) and Coordinate with Supply&Inventory Branch.
Qualifications
An experienced Procurement professional
The ability to deliver against challenging targets
Self-motivated
Excellent computer skills in Excel, Word, Power Point etc.
Professional approach to team
Ability to work well under pressure
Excellent organization and interpersonal skills
Good communication and presentation skills
Education:
Related field University Degree (Economics, Electronic Engineers)
Foreign Languages
English, Turkish
