Mane TCI, a leader investment company in Albania specialized in the construction of Commercial Centers announces the vacancy position for an experienced Finance Officer to be placed with “Tirana East Gate” Project. TEG is the newest project from Mane TCI Company that consists in the construction of one of the biggest shopping malls in the Balkans that will offer a vast range of services and entertainment to consumers. The criterion for the candidate we are looking for are:
Education:
§Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance
§Good knowledge of English language is an asset
Experience:
§5 years of professional experience
§Practical experience in preparing financial and statutory reports
§Previous work experience in investment/construction companies is preferable
Technical competencies: (Job related)
§Good knowledge of ‘Finance 5’ software
§Strong technical skills in financial controlling, (project) accounting
§Self motivated and able to work without/or with little supervision
§Ability to work as team leader and cope well with stress
§Good communicator, both oral and written
Accountabilities:
§Maintain all project accounting
§Prepare and submit for approval the company’s financial reports
§Prepare periodic reports for management team/banks/partners
§Assist in preparation of budgets/forecast reports
§Liaise and coordinate actions with other group companies
