Customer Service Coordinator
Main responsibilities:
Co-ordinate company service model and campaign change team
Co-operation with the CS Supervisor and reporting quality of all logistics to Country Sales Manager
Co-ordinate, manage and direct the telephone from Customers
Oversees the maintenance of customer complaint records and the steps taken to resolve problems
Ensures and maintain a positive customer focus attitudeRequirements:
Customer service background
To be able to solve problems, considering the company's policy
Fluency in English both written and spoken
A keen sense for detailsInterpersonal Skills:
Able to learn and adapt quickly
Team player
Pro-active and result oriented
Excellent communications skillsThe company offers:
