Finance Director
Our client is an international group operating successfully in Albania in production and distribution of FMCG.The Finance Director will report to the General Director and the regional CFO.
Role Purpose: Financial Planning and reporting and managing of finance and accounting department to ensure accurate planning of cash and fulfilled financial requirements to meet organizational needs.
Main Responsabilities
Managing the costing team in the business, to ensure accurate pricing and costing of products for maximum profitability while maintaining market competitiveness.
Responsible for Fixed Assets management.
Managing the Accounting Department and controlling the overall Working Capital Management.
Overall responsibility for ensuring on time payments to suppliers, to meet contractual obligations.
Overall responsibility for Accounts Receivables, maintaining low ageing of dues and minimizing risks to the Company.
Responsible for internal and external auditing of company results, reporting and processes.
Responsible for providing full and detailed reporting on progress against budget and any areas of concerns to the General Director and Board of Directors.
Requirements:
BA in Accounting or Finance;further professional qualification is an advantage.
Min. 5 years of Management Experience,some of them preferably in finance/accounting with international firms involving IFRS reporting.
Excellent interpersonal, communications, public speaking, and presentation skills.
Familiar with Albanian tax and accounting regulations.
Good negotiation skills.Excellent planning,organization and analytical skills.
Good understanding of IT business tools and English fluency.
Good understanding of Distribution organization management.
