COMMERCIAL MANAGER
Our client is a worldwide known international group operating successfully in Albania.
Position Scope
The Commercial Manager will be responsible for the brand success in Albania,in terms of Volume, Market Share and Profit,leading Marketing & Sales and representing the brand towards the supplier, the dealer network and the market in Albania.
Responsible for the following achievements:
- A high degree of customer satisfaction towards Sales Department
-A high degree of exploitation of the market potential and brand positioning on the market to support the targets
- A sales team appropriate to these objectives with a high degree of specialist knowledge, loyalty and motivation
- A succesful implementation of a regular planning system of Sales and Stock as well as Sales target achievement as per agreed Pricing Strategy
- A high degree of coordination and reconciliation to ensure smooth order processing
- A dealer network appropriate to achieve the plans
Main Requirements
- University degree in business administration,marketing or Engineering.
- Experienced sales professional (a must) with proven ability to manage people and B2B sales (an asset).
- Customer service orientation and sound networking skills
- Excellent communication skills and able to take initiative.
- Strategic thinking and proactive working
- Cultural awareness (Walk the Talk)
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and proficiency in MS Office
