AUSSENDIENSTMITARBEITER /SALES REPRESENTATIVE
ZWECK:
Aufrechterhaltung des persönlichen Kontaktes mit Kunden und Interessenten von JUMO im jeweiligen Vertriebsgebiet. Betreuung der Kunden und Interessenten sowie Hilfestellung bei der Lösung von mess- und regeltechnischen Aufgaben und Problemen unter Anwendung von Produkten des Hauses JUMO.
HAUPTKOMPETENZEN UND VERANTWORTLICHKEITEN
· Betreuung der Kunden und Interessenten im Außendienst nach vereinbarten Richtlinien und Zielsetzungen
· Aufbereiten von technischen Anfragen und Problemstellungen, die sich während eines Kundenbesuches ergeben
· Realisierung vereinbarter Auftragseingangs- und Umsatzziele
· Erstellung und Realisation von Vertriebs- und Marketingkonzepten für das jeweilige Vertriebsgebiet in Zusammenarbeit mit dem zuständigen Innendienst und der Vertriebsleitung.
· Einführung neuer Produkte auf dem Markt
· Beurteilung des Marktes und des Wettbewerbs
· Messestanddienst und -besuche incl. Messeberichte
· Aufnehmen von Reklamationen zur Weiterbearbeitung mittels Besuchsbericht
· Gewinnung von Neukunden
· Bearbeitung von Wiedervorlageterminen für Angebote, Muster, Interessentenbedarfe, Projekte, Zukunftsbedarfe sowie Besuchsaufträgen des Export Leiter
· Stückzahl- und Auftragseingangsplanung
· Betriebswirtschaftliche Grundkenntnisse
ANFORDERUNGEN
· Wenn möglich 3-jährige abgeschlossene fachspezifische Berufsausbildung und Fachausbildung
· Abgeschlossenes Ingenieurstudium mit Schwerpunkt Mess- und Regeltechnik, allgemeine Elektrotechnik bzw. eine vergleichbare Technikerausbildung
· Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung (1-5 Jahre)
· Gute Kenntnisse der MS-Office-Produkte
· Offene kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit
· Fahrerlaubnis Sprachkenntnisse: deutsch – verhandlungsfähig (bevorzugt) bzw
englisch - verhandlungsfähig

Conducting market surveys and finding information on competitive companies.
Service and booth visits incl. fair reports ;
Complaints Recording to be further processed by means of a visit report;
Client acquisition;
Processing of resubmission deadlines for offers templates, prospective requirements, projects, future needs and order requests of Head of Export.
Quantity and orders planning;
Business knowledge;REQUIREMENTS
· Preferred 3-years completed specialized technical education ;
