Albanian HR Solutions Ltd. is a company providing services in Executive Search, General Search & Recruitment, Career Management and Consulting based in Tirana (AL). For our partner in Qatar, we have started the selection process for the position:
Cook, salary $ 1100
Role: The Cook is responsible for achieving and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and food safety on food products prepared.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Cooks quality meals in sufficient quantities based on orders/forecasts by doing the following:
Ensuring that operating and kitchen equipment is maintained to a good standard.
Completing basic food hygiene, works in a safe and hygienic manner at all times.
Communicating any out of stock items and inform Chief
Cook and Purchasing Specialist when stocks are running low.
Completing all checklists as required daily, weekly and monthly as required for the outlet.
Assisting in the performance of other special duties and projects as needed in support of organizational goals
Required Education and Experience:
Certifications in Culinary and Cooking.
High-level knowledge on general kitchen/culinary/baking/commissary operations such as Garde Mancher cum pantry, Bakery and Pastry, Hot Kitchen, Butchery and snack preparation.
At least 5 years work experience in culinary and kitchen preferably in retail/leisure/travel/tourism/ hotel/hospitality industry.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, effectively manage time and meet deadlines with limited supervision.
Technical ability and knowledge of kitchen equipment
English language proficiency.
