Albanian HR Solutions Ltd. is a company providing services in Executive Search, General Search & Recruitment, Career Management and Consulting based in Tirana (AL). For our partner in Qatar, we have started the selection process for the position:
Music Specialist, salary $ 1100
Role: The Music Specialist is responsible for developing music and providing musical arrangements.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Demonstrating a strong understanding of music industry terminology and techniques (recording, editing, music development, etc.)
Demonstrating an understanding of music software (Filemaker Pro, Garage Band, logic and reason, protools, Ableton Live etc.)
Understanding the strengths and weaknesses of each singer/artist and work to help them capitalize on their strengths and overcome their weaknesses.
Composing music and arranging musical pieces for entertainment shows, background music for the Park and for other purposes, as may be required.
Maintaining proper care of the musical equipment and supplies.
Report any necessary repairs to the Show Producer/Developer.
Assisting in the performance of other special duties and projects as needed in support of organizational goals
Required Education and Experience:
High school diploma or any relevant courses.
Knowledge on various music softwares (Filemaker Pro, Garage Band, logic and reason, protools, Ableton Live etc.)
Knowledge on various musical instruments.
Developed and diverse background in the music industry.
Entertainment and events design, execution and implementation
Experience in the amusement and attractions industry is preferred.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, effectively manage time and meet targets deadlines with limited supervision.
Good knowledge, with experience in using Microsoft Office.
English language proficiency.
