ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design proposals and reports, their budget - complex or non-standard
To know how to listen to the client, understand his problem and need
To manage the client relation on all the operational levels
To formulate operational recommendations and to be able to “sell” them
To develop products or renovate the existing products
To be able to manage a team in order to be able to deliver accurate information
To be able to manage pressure and conflicts within his team EDUCATION – EXPERIENCE – SKILLS:
Graduated in Economy (Management or Business Administration); supplemented with one or more courses in post-graduate studies.
Minimum 3 years in the private sector preferably in marketing, public relations.
Demonstrated knowledge of the Windows package especially: Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Experience in balancing strong analytical problem resolution skills with a keen creative sense.
Must have strong communication and presentation skills.
Excellent skills in both spoken and written English.
Orientation and training of new staff.
Ability to manage multiple projects, activities and tasks simultaneously.
Supervising, coaching, and mentoring of lower hierarchy positions.
Facilitation and change management skills.
Highly developed verbal and written communications.Managerial Position Salary, very attractive!
