ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:


- Design proposals and reports, their budget - complex or non-standard
- To know how to listen to the client, to understand his problem and his need
- To be able to reformulate the problem of the client
- To obtain a significant knowledge on the sector of the client
- To manage the client relation on all the operational levels
- To formulate operational recommendations and to be able to “sell” them
- To develop products or renovate the existing products
- To envision a team within the commercial framework
- To be able to organize the work of all his collaborators
- To be able to guide all his collaborators, to delegate, to be able to develop their competencies
- To be able to manage a team in order to be able to deliver accurate information
- To be able to manage pressure and conflicts within his team
EDUCATION – EXPERIENCE – SKILLS:


o Graduated in Economy (Management or Business Administration); supplemented with one or more courses in post-graduate studies.
o Minimum 5 years in the private sector preferably in marketing, public relations.

o Demonstrated knowledge of the Windows package especially: Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
o Experience in balancing strong analytical problem resolution skills with a keen creative sense.
o Must have strong communication and presentation skills.
o Excellent skills in both spoken and written English.
o Orientation and training of new staff.
o Ability to manage multiple projects, activities and tasks simultaneously.
o Supervising, coaching, and mentoring of lower hierarchy positions.
o Facilitation and change management skills.
o Highly developed verbal and written communications.
