Job position: Recruiting Specialist

Department: Human Resources Department

Location: Tirana East Gate, (TEG), Tirana

Summary: Under general supervision, plans andimplements recruitment process. Processes new employee applications; Providesinformation to employee concerning internal ruler, using TM card,policy/procedure, etc. ; May provide job placement note to another step of HRDepartment;

May administer various testing programs.



Duties andResponsibilities:

- Plans and implements employee recruitment activities forcompany.

- Develops recruitment strategies and makes appropriaterecommendations to managers and supervisors;

- Works cooperativelywith the Head of Department on employee recruitment;

- Prepared a recruitment plan for new opening unit;

- Coordinates recruitment material mailings;

- Properly maintains and up-dates a recruitment mailing list.

- Processes new employee applications and related information.

- Monitors processing to ensure that all necessary documentsare processed in sufficient time for enrollment without delay, identifying andcorrecting problems as they arise;

- Applies appropriate internal procedures and processingmethods to best accomplish the application process;

- Recommends appropriatechanges to policies and tests new procedures;

- Coordinates the Post-Secondary Training Program and dualenrollment in sales area.

- Coordinates with administration staff regarding time of work and check intime this process;

- Provides input using learned knowledge of program area tostore staff on needs, topics, activities and materials;

- Sends necessity information to management store for movementof personnel, for holidays of staff, foruniform of staff.

- Provides accurate instructions on testing and answersquestions in a courteous manner;

- Assists with the design and execution of special events,projects and activities as requested.

- Readily assists with special events, projects and activities;

- Shares information with other departments regardingactivities in a timely manner.

- Displays a high level of effort and commitment to performingwork; operates effectively within the organizational structure; demonstratestrustworthiness and responsible behavior.

- Demonstrates eagerness to learn and assume responsibility;seeks out and accepts increased responsibility; displays a "can do"approach to work;

- Works within the system in a resourceful manner to accomplishreasonable work goals; shows flexibility in response to process change andadapts to and accommodates new methods and procedures;

- Accepts direction and feedback from supervisors and followsthrough appropriately;



Qualifications andSkills:

- Education:Bachelor's degree in Social, Psychology Science University.

- Work Experiences: 2years experience in related profile.

- Additional qualifications:

- Excellent oral and written communicative skills;

- Good command of Microsoft Office Package.

- Additional skills:

- Maintain effective relations with officials, superiors,peers, subordinates, and employees;

- Coordinate work with other departments and staff;

- Work independently andresponsibly in the absence of specific instructions;

- Gather and analyze data, and prepare reports and makerecommendations;

- Work under frequent job pressure generated by short andinflexible deadlines;

- Deal tactfully with discourteous or irritated callers;

- Effectively organize and maintain employee, applicant, test;

- Learn and apply computer programs to office functions withminimal instruction.
