Albanian HR Solutions Ltd. is a company providing services in Executive Search, General Search & Recruitment, Career Management and Consulting based in Tirana (AL).
We are looking for a potential candidate for the position of:
LOGISTICS MANAGER
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services;
• Recommend optimal transportation modes, routing, equipment, or frequency;
• Create and adhere to policies or procedures within the logistics activities;
• Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, customers, retailers and consumers;
• Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets;
• Plan or implement material flow management systems to meet production requirements;
•Train Logistics department and Business Units personnel in roles or responsibilities regarding global logistics strategies;
• Maintain metrics, reports, process documentation, customer service logs, and other records;
• Supports in directing or coordinate comprehensive logistical or reverse logistical functions for product life cycles, including acquisition, distribution, internal allocation, delivery, reuse, or final disposal of resources;
• Review global, national, or regional transportation or logistics reports for ways to improve efficiency or minimize the environmental impact of logistics activities;
• Supports in directing inbound or outbound logistics operations, such as transportation or warehouse activities, safety performance, or logistics quality management;
Qualifications and Skills:
• University degree, preferred in Marketing/Business Administration;
• Must have minimum 3 years of logistics managing experience;
• Fluent in written and spoken English
