JOB PROFILE – Head of Strategic Sourcing & Operations in Procurement

2.Key responsibilities
Take active part in developing and implementing short- and long-term procurement strategies designed to reduce costs and improve quality and service while meeting company goals and objectives and working closely with company staff to ensure these measures are achieved.
To negotiate, execute, and administer procurement actions pursuant to Telekom Albania procedure.
Conducting market research to identify sources of supply, present technical specifications for requirements, estimated costs. To reviewed/evaluated bids, and recommend the best value.
Categorizing and archiving routine procurement correspondence on the status of the goods, partial receipt, method of shipment, clarification of misunderstandings from both local and abroad vendors.
To organise, lead, motivate and to ensure the correct and timely allocation of the workload amongst the team members.
Coordinate and supports monthly reports administration as required.
Run and coordinate diffrent procurement special project as per need.

University
University Degree
Experience
At least 5 years previous experience in Procurement Field.
PC Skills
Very Good Knowledge on microsoft office package.
Competencies/ soft skills
· Fluent in English. Communication Skills.
· Negotiation Skills. Analytical skills.
