Client Service Specialist – Porsche Leasing
Key person on client application process, solvency assesment and contract management
Position Description:
Assess and assist customer’s applications and follow up the necessary procedures for the approval of financial lease
Responsible for registration with quality of client data, in all internal databases, according established procedures
Control and verify every complementary document in client file from application up to delivery of lease object
Controls and timely communicate inconsistencies or gaps in documentation of client file and manage to fulfill according procedures and policies of company
Follow up takeover and contract termination procedure, according to the needs of customers and internal procedures
Archive client documents according company procedures
Prepare necessary weekly, monthly reports for management and according internal procedures for the position
Operational support and assistance to internal sales and dealer sales team for existing and potential new clients
Informed for all the manuals, instructions and procedures related to the position of Banking Operations Specialists
Qualifications:
University degree (economics, finance, banking, etc.) Not less than two years’ experience in financial institutions and / or banks
Comprehensive knowledge of working in the banking and finance system, including the recognition of credit risk, regulations and policies and procedures.
Excellent analytical skills, including proficiency in MS Excel and the preparation of financial statements for financial analysis Very good skills in written communication, verbal and non-verbal , knowledge in English Excellent teamwork skills
Very good organizational skills and work of / independent when performing the task Advanced knowledge of credit on the product and on the lending policies and procedures and legislation related.
