Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist (freelnace; full-time) 800 - 1000 €
We’re a small growth agency that serves international clients. We are growing fast and are looking for dedicated talents who want to be part of our journey. To grow and be more present in our Growth product - we are looking for an Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist who will be responsible for handling the accounts of several high-growth clients in Europe.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Implementation of projects to increase the leads of our clients
• Management and steering of all steps from conceptional phase to implementation/roll-out of banners / landingpages / startpages in time and quality
• Optimize all funnel inefficiencies. Analyze and interpret what behaviors and patterns make customers successful and more likely to be retained by the company.
• Set-up, execution and evaluation of tests: A/B and multivariate experiments
• Conceptualize, design and implement page structure to optimize for clicks, conversion or traffic.
• You create daily, weekly and monthly reports and will analyze the performance of marketing activities using KPIs and derive the relevant optimization methods and execute these.
• You will present results to stakeholders with key learnings and further recommendations
REQUIREMENTS
• You have a university degree and a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in CRO with proven successes in similar positions.
• You have very good technical skills in handling Microsoft Excel and relevant tools such as Optimizely, Instapage, Hellobar, Bouncex, etc.
• You have very strong analytical skills combined with the ability to find creative solutions.
• You must be able to work with deadlines, KPIs and always be focused on performance optimization.
• You have strong excel skills and are good with numbers
• You are communicative and can speak fluent English - further languages are welcome
• Ideally, you have knowledge of photoshop
