Growth Engineer (freelance; full-time) 800 - 1000 €
We’re a small growth agency that serves international clients. We are growing fast and are looking for dedicated talents who want to be part of our journey. To grow and be more present in our Growth product - we are looking for a Growth Engineer who will be responsible for optimizing the performance of several high-growth clients in Europe.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Work closely with marketing to implement lean growth features.
You conceptualize, design and create better UX designs to improve growth.
You will set up custom KPI dashboards that include growth metrics including MAUs, Signups, Activation Rates, Engagement Rates and Resurrections. And visualize this data for key meetings.
You will set up projects that auto-resolve themselves such as copy experiments in various languages and define winning variants.
You will design and set up effective network / invite / referral projects to drive growth.
You will be providing support to marketing teams experiments with ads, landingpages and emails.
Automation & finding interesting things within datasets on the platform, light copywriting and provide data driven advise to marketing & management.
REQUIREMENTS
You have a university degree and a minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a full-stack engineer.
You have a track record of technical creativity
You have demonstrated skill and enthusiasm for picking up new technologies as needed. You are a polyglot.
You have had success with integrating independent systems in useful ways (e.g., API mashups)
You have had experience working simultaneously with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
You have demonstrated enthusiasm for deriving non-obvious insight from disparate data sources. You have experience with analyzing and visualizing customer data
Experience with Google Analytics, Web crawling, Microsoft Excel, knowledge of CRM systems and customer databases
You are able to work with deadlines, KPIs and are focused on performance optimization.
You can speak fluent English - further languages are welcome
