Albanian HR Solutions Ltd. is a company providing services in Executive Search, General Search & Recruitment, Career Management and Consulting based in Tirana (AL).

We are looking for a potential candidate for the position of:



Key Account Manager



Duties and Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain effective relations with key accounts and develop detailed knowledge of the structure, culture and particularities affecting the management of Key Accounts so as to keep up to date with their activities and gather important information that can assess current level of satisfaction and potential business growth
• Conduct analysis of clients’ Sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.
• Negotiate the annual terms and conditions
• Develop and Implement Key Accounts sales plan & planning agreements, in order to guarantee that annual sales objectives will be met
• Evaluate Promotional activities effectiveness and maximize return on investment
• Exceed the sales and profit targets by category (quarterly/annual)
• Category listings, Assortment management (management of the 4 P-s)
• Analyse market and competition trends in order to predict customer needs and plan development actions
• Master and maintain vast knowledge of client’s business, opportunities and objectives
• Be responsible for the financial management of the account, including cost estimation, pricing and billing
• Stores visits in the market and analysis of competition in terms of its product range, price positioning and promotional strategy


Qualifications and Skills:


• University degree, preferably with focus in economics / business administration and/or other related field
• Extended, preferably more than 3 years of experience on territory sales/key accounts management related position gained within FMCG sector
• Fluent knowledge of English, both written and spoken
• Numeracy and sound financial understanding
• Ability to focus and work effectively in a commercial team
• Well-developed sales, presentation and negotiation skills
• Excellent use of excel, word and powerpoint
• Problem solver, fighting spirit
• Full of initiative, drive and personal commitment
• Concise communication skills (external and internal)
• Flexible personality, able to adapt to the strong entrepreneurial corporate culture
• Interpersonal skills, ability to find common ground with others
• Strong result orientation and performance focus
• Ability to work under pressure and in changing conditions
