Senior WEB DEVELOPER
JOB TITLE : Web Applications Developer
STATUS : Full-Time
DEPARTMENT: Research & Development
LOCATION : Tirana, Albania
PURPOSE OF POSITION:
To be an online application developer and expand delivery capabilities of a growing and dynamic technology company based in Milan. The applicant will need to be bright, imaginative, and capable technologist specifically seeking a smaller environment where their potential will be maximized through the challenging projects that the company acquires.
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Working with Project Managers to determine needs and applying / customizing existing
technology to meet those needs
· Working with AngularJS framework and developing components
· Working with HTML/ CSS/ Javascript for the frontend
· Maintaining and supporting multiple projects and deadlines
· Recording work progress on a weekly basis
· Documentation
SKILLS:
· Ability to complete all phases of software development life cycle including analysis, design,
functionality, testing and support
· Ability to develop large scale desktop or web/database applications
· Ability to work on multiple projects with multiple deadlines
· Ability to communicate clearly with project managers
· Ability to innovate and provide functional applications with intuitive interfaces
· Ability to construct user guides and documentation
QUALIFICATIONS & RELATED EXPERIENCE:
· Proven experience with WEB technologies including Apache /Ngnix, PHP, Smarty Templates, MySQL, Redis, Single Page Applications, RESTful backend architecture, NodeJS
· Languages: PHP, Javascript, AngularJS, JSON, HTML, XML
· Minimum 2 years in backend software design and actual experience in the workplace
· Excellent knowledge on enterprise development patterns such as MVC, Singleton, Factory, ActiveRecord / Data Mapper etc.
· Excellent knowledge in English and Italian languages (Italian language preferred)
· University degree preferred
