Main job task and responsibilities!
Inbound


deal directly with customers in all the inbound or outbound channels by providing the needed information for product status
handle and address promptly customer requests
keep records of customer interactions and transactions
record details of inquiries, comments and complaints in the system
follow up on customer interactions
document all call information according to standard operating procedure
proactively propose operational improvements for the company based on voice of customer
reports monthly to CEO in the department meeting the performance of the respective channel of communication in charge

Education and experience!


university diploma
proficient in Microsoft office applications
required language proficiency in English
knowledge of customer service principles and practices
some experience in a call center or customer service environment
