Project Manager
Main duties:
The Project Manager oversees the planning, implementation, and tracking of a specific short-term project, which has a beginning, an end and specified deliverables.
• Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project;
• Develop a schedule for project completion that effectively allocates the resources to the activities;
• Review the project schedule with senior management and all other staff that will be affected by the project activities; revise the schedule as required;
• Ensure that the project deliverables are on time, at the required level of quality and according to all requirements of the Client;
When no project are in start up the Project Manager will help the existing projects as
ACCOUNT ANALYST, who:
• Create pricing (using pricing file) for tender and offers for new Client;
• Prepare Invoicing every end of the month;
• Collect information to put in the WBR/MBR/QBR files using Tp templates and guidelines;
• Support colleagues analyzing and reviewing contracts, SOW or MSA ;
• Organize and coordinate travels and people during events or meeting with the Client in Tp Albania;
Requirements:
• University Degree
• Fluent Italian: written/spoken
• Good Knowledge of English
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good Problem Solving
• Leadership
• Planning and organizing skills
